| It’s your forest | 1984 - A subject which has generated heated discussion in Western Australia is the utilization of our south-west forests. Realizing the depth of feeling created by the issue, the Audio-Visual Branch has tackled the problem in a new video It's Your Forest. Included in the film are sequences which address the problems of clear felling, mining, salinity, die-back and agriculture. Rather than attempt to provide an answer to the range of problems presented by the utilization of our forests the video shows footage of what is happening and asks the question: What would you do? After all...it's your forest'. |
